		<title>Senior Manager of E-Learning Delivery Job (Princeton, NJ, US)</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Auto req ID 3336BR<br/>Title Senior Manager of E-Learning Delivery<br/>Job Category Human Resources<br/>Job Description PURPOSE:<br/>This position is responsible for driving the support and maintenance of performance, learning and<br/>development technologies and curricula for the NNI Talent Management group. This position provides<br/>continuous support and ongoing analysis of best practices for the Leadership Development, Organizational<br/>Effectiveness (LDOE) group to ensure technology, vendors, and systems provide value to the whole<br/>organization.<br/>This position provides research and implements HR technology functional changes that are value added to<br/>the organization in a streamlined way utilizing the appropriate procedures, processes, and best practices.<br/>Ensures metrics are utilized for continuous improvement of technology and applications to aid in the delivery<br/>of superior business and sales results. He or she is responsible for the support and development of current<br/>and future technologies which include: LMS, electronic training calendars, Learning Resource Directory,<br/>Training Kiosks, eIDP, FACT (Field Assessment and Coaching Toolkit), and other systems. The candidate<br/>project manages assigned projects and tasks, including: budget, resource, and vendor management.<br/><br/>RELATIONSHIPS:<br/>Reports to the Associate Director, Learning & Development Solutions. Interacts with all business units<br/>designing and delivering support roles, resources, strategies, and initiatives to maximize and integrate<br/>superior cross-functionality. External relationships include: working with various software and hardware<br/>vendors, consultants, and content experts.<br/><br/>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<br/>COORDINATION/DESIGN AND DELIVERY: Collaborates with key individuals throughout the organization to<br/>ensure in-depth understanding of market, individual/local needs and that resources and systems are aligned<br/>with market/customer needs.<br/>COORDINATION/DESIGN AND DELIVERY: Conducts research and competitive analyses for developing,<br/>marketing, and growing Novo Nordisk?s educational technologies to provide a continuum of education for<br/>professionals throughout their careers.<br/>COORDINATION/DESIGN AND DELIVERY: Develops and measures the effectiveness and impact of tools,<br/>resources, and systems by designing key metrics to maximize achievement of objectives.<br/>COORDINATION/DESIGN AND DELIVERY: Explores external ?best practices? and focuses on the<br/>development and implementation of improved applications and systems.<br/>COORDINATION/DESIGN AND DELIVERY: Interfaces on a regular basis with the field sales organization and internal business unit stakeholders to identify, and support in the role out of individualized learning<br/>solutions as required, to improve the overall competency of staff members.<br/>COORDINATION/DESIGN AND DELIVERY: Manages the support of learning technologies, performance,<br/>development, and learning resources for all Novo Nordisk Inc. business units that are aligned with current and<br/>future strategies.<br/>COORDINATION/DESIGN AND DELIVERY: Manages vendors to ensure the seamless integration of high<br/>quality vendor products with existing HR technologies, systems, and applications.<br/>COORDINATION/DESIGN AND DELIVERY: Perform other projects as assigned.<br/>COORDINATION/DESIGN AND DELIVERY: Project-manages internal and external resources for project<br/>support of Performance and Development Solution initiatives.<br/><br/>DEVELOPMENT OF PEOPLE:<br/>Ensure that reporting personnel have 3P forms with annual goals and measurements that are consistent with<br/>the priorities of the business, and that interim reviews are held so that their work is focused on those priorities,<br/>and they understand their level of accountability for results and the measurement process.<br/>Ensure that the IDP forms include completed Learning and Aspiration plans and are in place for all reporting<br/>personnel to enable the achievement of goals and capability to assume increased levels of responsibility.<br/>Manage the application and communication of all Novo Nordisk policies, procedures, and Novo Nordisk Way<br/>of Management.<br/><br/>KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS<br/>5+ years progressive experience with managing an LMS and eLearning/web design.<br/>A Bachelor degree required. Master?s degree preferred.<br/>Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br/>Excellent interpersonal/presentation/communication skills.<br/>Experienced platform skills.
