The Position
Manage full lifecycle recruitment for professional to senior level positions. Act as a strategic and tactical talent acquisition partner to assigned business unit(s) to facilitate the achievement of the business goals as it relates to attracting and acquiring top talent. Identify and recruit highly qualified candidates in the least amount of time from a variety of sources. Assist with the on-going implementation of an overall talent acquisition strategy focused on attracting talent specifically tailored to key client groups.

Reports to the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Delivery. Partners closely with HR Directors/Business Partners. Partner and collaborate with HR Directors/Business Partners, hiring managers (including senior leaders and Vice Presidents), external outsourcing partners and agencies, driving relationships resulting in the achievement of business objectives (e.g. time to fill metrics, quality of hire, manager satisfaction).

Essential Functions

•Ensure that HR Directors/Business Partners are continuously updated on status of openings relative to their area
•Maintain positive relationships with key clients by providing timely, relevant updates
•Proactively give HR Directors/Business Partners notification of internal candidates expressing interest in changing positions
•Provide feedback to internal and external candidates in a timely fashion and in accordance with staffing procedures
•Craft new hire offers and gain appropriate levels of approval
•Provide counsel and direction relative to market-based new hire offers
•Work with client areas and closely with COE (Mobility, Compensation,) regarding resolution and clarification of expatriate and relocation issues, understanding guidelines, etc
•Evaluates the effectiveness of recruitment process, vendor relationships, and assessment tools
•Participate in Talent Acquisition related projects in either a team member capacity as the subject matter expert, or as a lead on projects with a medium to large scope/budget
•Ensure Applicant Flow, Job Folders, and sourcing/reporting are in compliance with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) & Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
•Ensure that job status and associated status reports are up to date weekly
•Leverage the Applicant Tracking System to develop maintain ad hoc recruitment status reports to meet key stakeholder needs
•Prepare and regularly update accurate statistical data/metrics regarding turnover, sourcing, cost per hire and time to fill, etc.
•Proactively identify changes to reporting structure that will create greater efficiencies or meet updates/changes to regulations (OFCCP and EEOC)
•Ensure and adhere to a consistent and effective recruitment process. Identifies areas of opportunity in the recruitment process to add value, improve quality, and increase customer service
•Evaluate effectiveness of sourcing tools/plans (time to fill vs. quality of hires/applicants vs. quantity of applicants) and provide recommendations/solutions
•Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment process and assessment tools. Research alternatives and provide suggestions/alternatives
•Facilitate high quality recruiting strategy meetings. Identify recruitment strategies and opportunities to meet short and long term business objectives
•Create and execute a plan for each client area
•Identify talent pipelining needs in response to workforce population trends and future talent gaps
•Partner with sourcer to develop sourcing strategies (leveraging internet tools, social networking, online ads, agencies, outplacement, etc.) and maintain positive working relationships with these sources to ensure an adequate supply of talent when needed
•Interview and assess candidates (phone screens and in person) using behavioral, competency-based interviewing techniques
•Manage relationships with identified contingent/retained agencies, when needed
•Partner with the hiring manager to recruit highly qualified talent in the least amount of time. Manage a requisition load consisting of professional and senior level positions
•Utilize assessment tools to provide overview and recommendations to hiring managers, when applicable
•Partner with recruiting agencies (contingent and retained) and holding them accountable for contract milestones

Physical Requirements
0-10% overnight travel required.


•A Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience and/or certification in specialized HR function may be substituted for degree, when appropriate
•Minimum 8 years of progressively increasing HR experience required. 2 years of recruiting experience required; relevant experience interviewing/assessing talent for vacant positions, influencing & collaborating with line of business (including VP+ level), and partnering with HR centers of excellence (COEs) can be substituted where needed
•Ability to build a network across industries to identify future talent
•Data management and metrics (e.g., trend analysis) experience required
•Demonstrated ability to constructively challenge manager assumptions or directly confront issues
•Demonstrated experience in an environment of multiple and changing priorities
•Excellent organizational and time management skills. Superb communication skills
•Experience forecasting headcount needs / workforce planning
•Experience in internet recruitment/sourcing
•Experience using an applicant tracking system required. Functional Assessment experience/knowledge required
•Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and federal/state legislation
•In-depth experience using behavioral interviewing techniques and assessment tools and processes
•In-depth experience utilizing competency-based, behavioral interviewing experience required
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets
